Vinyasa Flow

This class features standing poses and balancing poses to give you a dynamic mandala style and powerful flow of hip and heart opening, side body strengthening and whole body challenge. 

Hatha Flow

This 45 minute Hatha class focuses on gentle heart and shoulder opening mixed with twisting and hip flexor lengthening. Take it slow, move thoughtfully as you build range of motion in the major “stuck places” in your body.
